Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after processing, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different fulfillment partners.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, PawPeak is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.

We may request additional documentation before reviewing any lost package claim.

Multiple Packages
